You are responsible for shipping costs to the Canada and/or the US. Free shipping is available during promo periods or if you purchase over $80 of merchandise before applicable taxes.

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Duties and Import Taxes

Please be aware that duties, taxes, and any other customs-related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our prices or the cost of shipping. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Restrictions

Free shipping is available to USA and CAD. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to anywhere else. 

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, we are happy to assist in this process where possible.
